The Comets came back from a 2-1 halftime deficit to score the season opening win. Cannon Hodges led Coloma with two goals and an assist. Tyler Russell and Lucian Whitaker also scored for Coloma, and Layne Whitaker finished with two assists. Wes Seabury had 13 saves in goal for the Comets.
