Franki Strefling of Buchanan High School Volleyball is Berrien County’s 
Student Athlete of the Week for the week of October 18, 2015. At the St. Joseph tournament, Franki finished with 86 digs, 86 kills, four blocks, and two aces. She followed that up with 56 kills, 33 digs, 16 blocks, and 7 aces at the Vicksburg tournament.
Franki has also been a member of the Track and Cross Country teams, and is involved with the Heard Spirit Club. In the classroom, she carries a 3.56 grade point average.
Franki is the daughter of Cami Bowling and Vince Strefling.
Other finalists for the week were Chase Potter of Coloma Football and Cory Burnett of Michigan Lutheran Football.
