Brenden Hall of Niles High School Wrestling is the WSJM Sports Berrien County 
Student Athlete of the Week for the week of January 22, 2017. Brenden won the 140 pound championship at the Greater Berrien County Invitational. He recorded pins against River Valley and Cassopolis, and a major decision against Edwardsburg.
Brenden is also a member of the Niles Football team. In the classroom, he carries a 3.22 grade point average.
Brenden is the son of Bill Hall of Niles.
Other finalists for the week were Austin Franco of Niles Wrestling, Michael Hunn of St. Joe Basketball, Sotiri Margaritis of New Buffalo Basketball, and Brooke Janes of Bridgman Basketball.
