Willie Wilson of Benton Harbor High School Baseball is Berrien County’s Student Athlete of the Week for the week of March 29, 2015. In the Tigers’ win over Bangor, Willie collected three hits, including two doubles. One of the hits was a game tying two run double in the 7th inning.
Willie is a four year varsity letter winner at Benton Harbor. Along with Baseball, he’s been a member of the Football and Basketball teams. He is also a member of the Tiger Student Academic Advisory Council, Key Club, and National Honor Society. In the classroom, he carries a 4.0 grade point average.
Willie is the son of Willie and Sylvia Wilson of Benton Harbor.
