Kasen Kerns had a game high 25 points to help Michigan Lutheran to a 67-62 win over Countryside. Zeb Pappenfuss had 13 and Cameron Guse added 11 for ML. Countryside had four players in double figures with Charles Booker and Malcolm Haynes scoring 14 each. Daiden Shaw had 12 and Thurmon Chillers chipped in 11 for the Cougars.

Michigan Lutheran 44, Countryside 20
Michigan Lutheran closed out the regular season with a 44-20 win over Countryside Academy. The Titans got 13 points from Jessi Jewell. Mackenzie Zabal recorded a double double with 11 points and 10 rebounds. Michigan Lutheran finished the regular season with a 17-3 record and 12-0 in the BCS White. ML will open district play with a game on Monday against host Lawrence at 7:00.
