Boys’ Basketball
Benton Harbor 63, St. Joe 41
In a game that was a lot closer than the final score indicates, Benton Harbor defeated St. Joe 63-41. The Tigers took an eight point lead after the first quarter, but St. Joe pulled to within two at the half. The two teams exchanged leads in the third quarter, with Benton Harbor taking a four point lead heading into the fourth. The Tigers then managed to pull away in the final frame to remain undefeated. Carlos Johnson led the Tigers with a game high 19 points. Kentrell Pullian added 14 points and Quindarius Davis finished with 13. Brennen Kerns led the Bears with 11 points, Jeremiah Sterling added eight. Benton Harbor improves to 6-0 on the season, St. Joe falls to 1-4.
