Benton Harbor 72, Redford Union 49
On the opening night of its Earl McKee Holiday Classic, Benton Harbor pulled away in the second half to knock off Redford Union 72-49. Trailing by one late in the second quarter, the Tigers rallied to take a five point lead into the break. They carried that momentum into the third quarter where they outscored the Panthers 18-9 to pull away. Carlos Johnson led Benton Harbor with a game high 28 points, Quindarius Davis added 15. Redford got 11 points from Braylon Allison. Benton Harbor will face Ottawa Hills Saturday night at 7:15 live on 94.9 FM.
