Olivier Nkamhoua scored 20 points, Terrance Williams II added 18 points and Michigan beat Ohio State 73-65 in front of the Fab Five to snap a five-game losing streak. All five members of Michigan’s Fab Five attended a basketball game in Ann Arbor for the first time since they played there three-plus decades ago. Chris Webber, Jalen Rose, Ray Jackson and Jimmy King sat together courtside, while coach Juwan Howard led the Wolverines. Rose said they were there to support Howard as a person coming off heart surgery and as a coach in a challenging season. Michigan closed the game on a 13-4 run over the final four minutes. Williams got a friendly bounce on a 3-pointer to give the Wolverines the lead, 63-61, for good with 3:37 left.

Post took over, sandwiching 3-pointers around a jumper in a personal 8-0 run and Boston College led by two with 3:39 remaining. J.R. Konieczny made two free throws 29 seconds later to pull the Irish even. Neither team scored until Post hit his final 3-pointer with 50 seconds to go.

NCAAMBB – Michigan’s Fab Five reunites to support Howard, back at Crisler in 3 decades
Michigan’s Fab Five reunited and attended a basketball game on campus for the first time since they played three decades ago, watching the Wolverines beat Ohio State 73-65 on Monday. Chris Webber and Jalen Rose have had differences, including about the narratives of the NCAA scandal that led to the removal of two Final Four banners from the Crisler Center rafters. It drove the childhood friends and college teammates apart. Juwan Howard’s health scare motivated them to come together with Jimmy King and Ray Jackson to support Michigan’s embattled coach, four months after he had heart surgery.
