Christian Monconduit scored 11 of his 16 points in the second half to help lead Lake Michigan Catholic to a 54-45 win over Michigan Lutheran.
The lead exchanged hands several times throughout the night between the two cross town and BCS White Division rivals. Lutheran led by as many as six, Catholic led by as many as ten late in the game.
Monconduit led three Lakers in double figures as the snap a two game slide. Max Plocher hit four three pointers on his way to scoring 15 points in the loss for the Titans.
