Natalee McNeil of Bridgman High School Softball is the WSJM Sports Berrien County Student Athlete of the Week for the week of April 7, 2019. In games against River Valley, Lake Michigan Catholic, Niles, Watervliet, and Hartford, Natalee struck out a combined 42 batters, including 19 against River Valley. At the plate, she had six singles, one double, and three RBIs.
Natalee is also a member of the Bridgman Basketball team, Student Senate, and DECA. In the classroom, she carries a 4.0 grade point average.
Natalee is the daughter of Chris and Stephanie McNeil of Bridgman.
Other finalists for the week were Garrett Matthews of Watervliet Baseball, Jordon Brown of Niles Track, Mikaela Owen of Bridgman Track, Maggie Tidy of Lake Michigan Catholic Soccer, and Lynea Slayback of St. Joe Track.
