Student Athlete Of The Week – Nov. 21, 2014

The Eau Claire High School Cross Country team is Berrien County’s Student Athlete of the Week for the week of November 9, 2014.  The boys’ team as a whole earned Academic All-State honors while Elsie Jorgensen from the girls’ team won individual Academic All-State honors.  Members of the boys’ team include Rolando Hernandez, Travis Klitchman, Jordan Jones, Nathan Blighton, Santiago Banda, Rafael Lopez, and Caleb Falcone.

The boys’ team finished 15^th overall at the Division 4 State Finals with Rolando leading the way with a 70^th place individual finish.  Elsie placed 84^th overall individually in the girls’ race.
