Howardsville Christian posted a 70-63 win at Lake Michigan Catholic to pull to within half a game out of first place in the BCS White Division.

In a game that saw several lead changes, the Eagles led by as many as 10 while the Lakers’ largest lead was four. Dylan Jergens led Howardsville Christian with a game high 33 points. Lucas Withers added 18 for the Eagles. Catholic got 19 points from Connor Christensen with Tommy Koenig adding 16.

The loss drops Catholic to 10-2 in the BCS White and into a first place tie with New Buffalo. Christian is 9-2 in the BCS White with one division game left with River Valley. An Eagles win over the Mustangs would result in a three way tie for the division title.
