SMAC Tournament
Lakeshore 2, Mattawan 1 (shootout)
Lakeshore claims SMAC Silver Bracket Championship with a 2-1 shootout win and finish 5th overall in the entire conference. Isabella Ceru scored Lakeshore’s lone goal in regulation. In the shootout, the Lancers got goals from Ellie Carlisle, Isabella Ceru, Elliott de la Foret, Olivia Smith, and Olivia Baker. Elana Mitchell finished with eight saves in goal, including two in the shootout.

The Lakers set the tone early as Maggie Tidey scored in the 2nd minute. They would go on to take a 6-0 lead into the break. Catholic then scored twice early in the second half to bring an early end to the match by going up 8-0. Tidey finished with two goals and an assist for the Lakers. Catholic also got goals from Kyra Krieger, Aspen Zenka, Christina Avello, Hattie Latham, Claire LaSata, and Chloe Mills. The Laker defense did not allow Covert to get a shot on goal.

Trailing 8-1, the Bees rallied with seven runs in the 6th inning to tie the game and three in the 8th to win it. Natalee McNeil collected three hits and two RBIs for Bridgman. She also picked up the win in the circle. Olivia Elliott drove in five runs in the loss for the Shamrocks.
Bridgman 10, Berrien Springs 2 – Game 2
The Bees started early with a run in the 1st inning and went on to score in every inning but the 7th.
