WEDNESDAY’S RESULTS

SOCCER
Lakeshore 10, Kalamazoo Central 1
Lindsey Yack finished the night with two goals and an assist for the Lancers. Olivia Trivedi added a goal and two assists. Lakeshore also got goals from Catelyn Wilkerson, Katelyn White, Olivia Baker, Anna Rossow, Madi Kozminski, Cameron Garber, and Kiya Collins.

Lake Michigan Catholic 8, Buchanan 0
Maggie Tidey scored all eight goals for the Lakers, three of them assisted by Hattie Latham. Mary Riley added two assists and Aspen Zenka had one. The win lifts Catholic to 9-1 on the season and 7-1 in the BCS.

Michigan Lutheran 8, Niles 1
Ellie Primerano led the Titans with six goals and two assists. Lutheran also got goals from Dimercia Mbayo and Alaina Lemke.

Bridgman 2, Berrien Springs 0
Graci Tate and Olivia Tomlin both scored in the second half to lift the Bees to the win. Emma Boughner finished with five saves in goal for Bridgman.

BASEBALL
Michigan Lutheran 8, #3 River Valley 3 – Game 1
The Titans rallied with four runs in the 5th inning and four more in the 6th to knock off the third ranked Mustangs. Alex Ritter, Jordan Ramirez, and Jackson Anderson each drove in two runs for Lutheran. Andy Semenak got the win on the mound with Josh Tahaney picking up the save.
Michigan Lutheran 4, #3 River Valley 2 – Game 2
Lutheran opened the game with two runs in the 1st inning, added two more in the 3rd, and hung on for the doubleheader sweep. Alex Ritter, Andy Semenak, Jackson Anderson, and Daniel Adams each delivered key hits for the Titans. Gavin Rogers singled and doubled in the loss for River Valley. Josh Tahaney picked up the win on the mound with Jackson Anderson getting the save.

SOFTBALL
River Valley 15, Michigan Lutheran 2 – Game 1
Already leading 3-0, the Mustangs put the game away with 12 runs over the last three innings. Alexis Granke drove in three runs for River Valley. Macey Springer went the distance and struck out seven in picking up the win. Mikayla La Bounty collected two hits in the loss for Lutheran.
River Valley 17, Michigan Lutheran 4 – Game 2
The Mustangs scored 13 runs in the opening three innings on their way to the win. Alexis McCarty and Hanah Lynch each drove in five runs for River Valley. McCarty also picked up the win in the circle.
