GIRLS DISTRICT SEMIFINALS
Division 2 at Benton Harbor
Buchanan 56, Lakeshore 34
The Bucks dominated the first half, on their way to the win. Buchanan led 19-5 after the first quarter and 34-9 at the half. Faith Carson scored 19 points for the bucks, LaBria Austin added 13. Olivia Trivedi and Gabriella Conway each scored nine in the loss for the Lancers. Buchanan advances to face South Haven Friday at 6:00 at Benton Harbor for the District Championship.

 

Division 1 at Kalamazoo Central

The Maroon Giants ran out to a 13 point lead after the first quarter and steadily pulled away from there. Morasha Wiggins poured in a game high 21 points for Central. Symone King scored 13 points in the loss for the Bears, Avery Blomgren added 11.
