The Detroit Tigers have announced a pitching change for tonight’s game in Philadelphia. Tyson Ross was originally listed as tonight’s starter, but he was placed on the paternity list this morning. Spencer Turnbull will now get the start against the Phillies. Daniel Norris will start tomorrow night’s game. The Tigers say a corresponding roster move will be announced later today.
