Ryan Chang of Bridgman High School Football is Berrien County’s Student Athlete of the Week for the week of August 30, 2015. In the Bees’ 33-22 win over Bronson, Ryan rushed for 315 yards and two touchdowns on 22 carries.
Ryan is also a member of the Bridgman Basketball and Baseball teams, and Quiz Bowl team. In the classroom, he carries a 4.0 grade point average.
Ryan is the son of Jesse Chang and Julia Woodruff-Chang of Sawyer.
Other finalists for the week were Lizzie Stolte of Lake Michigan Catholic Golf and Tyler Deuel of Lake Michigan Catholic Football.
