The Los Angeles Lakers announced that forward LeBron James is out indefinitely after suffering a high ankle sprain during Saturday’s game against the Atlanta Hawks. The 36-year-old James departed the Lakers’ 99-94 loss to the Hawks in the first half after forward Solomon Hill made contact with James’ lower right leg.Hill was called for a foul on the play, which occurred near the start of the second quarter.

James wrote on Twitter: “Nothing angers and saddens me more than not being available to and for my teammates! I’m hurt inside and out right now. The road back from recovery begins now.
