WEDNESDAY’S RESULTS…

SOCCER
Watervliet 8, Kalamazoo Lakeside 0
The Panthers had their strongest outing of the young season, beating Lakeside Academy 8-0. Brennan Bornas started the scoring in the 1st minute of the match to put Watervliet up 1-0. Nathan Isbrecht then scored four straight goals, all assisted by Brady Bornas. Brady followed Nathan’s streak of goals with one of his own. He followed that up with another score in the first minute of the 2nd half to make it 7-0. Isbrecht wrapped up the scoring with a goal in the 46th minute.

 

Bridgman3, Constantine 1
Ezra Clapsaddle scored twice for the Bees with Gabe Belmontes tallying the third goal. Westin Busick made six saves in goal for the Bees as they improve to 2-2-0 on the season.

 

Hartford 8, Bangor 0
The Indians got four goals and an assist from Joel Soto. Danny Gutierrez, Miggy Cardoso, Yael Lopez, and Elijah Cowgill also scored for Hartford. Kaden Johnson had five saves in goal. With the win, the Indians improve to 3-2.
