BASEBALL
Lakeview 10, St. Joe 5 – Game 1
A five run 6th inning led the Spartans to the win while Lakeview pitching limited the Bears to five hits. Carter Vonk tripled in the loss for St. Joe
Lakeview 10, St. Joe 8 – Game 2
The Spartans once again rallied late with three runs in the bottom of the 5th inning to pull it out. Manuel Villalobos was 2-4 at the plate with three RBIs in the loss for the Bears.

 

Lawrence 14, Michigan Lutheran 0 – Game 1
Dylan Matheny allowed just one hit while striking out 13 in picking up the win for the Tigers. Bailee Page had three hits for Lawrence. Matt Willis collected the only hit for the Titans.
Lawrence 4, Michigan Lutheran 0 – Game 2
The Tigers got another solid performance on the mound as Ethan Payment went the distance, allowing just one hit while striking out 11. Chris Schuman and Jakob Edson both had two hits for Lawrence.

 

South Haven 7, Allegan 1 – Game 1
South Haven 10, Allegan 0 – Game 2
Kaleb Bodfish pitched the Rams to the win, giving up just one hit over five innings. At the plate, Steven Hochstetler, Jon Riedel, and Aaron Boyer each drove in two runs.

Lawrence 13, Michigan Lutheran 2 – Game 1
The Tigers came out swinging, scoring eight of their runs in the first three innings. Valerie Norris picked up the win at the circle while also collecting two singles and a home run. Olivia McLaughlin and Abi Koch both doubled in the loss for the Titans.
Lawrence 10, Michigan Lutheran 8 – Game 2
The Tigers rallied with four runs in the top of the 7th inning to pull it out. Winning pitcher Payton Mulney had a productive night at the plate as well with a single and a double. Abi Koch, Taylor Bartley, and Emily Kerlikowske each had a single and a double in the loss for Lutheran.

 

Berrien Springs 7, Comstock 5 – Game 1
The Shamrocks opened the scoring with a three run 1st inning and then survived Comstock’s comeback bid in the 7th. Maia Hill drove in two runs for Berrien Springs while Emily Knight collected three hits. Olivia Elliott gave up just three hits over seven innings in picking up the win.
Berrien Springs 9, Comstock 6 – Game 2
Olivia Elliott had another productive game at the plate for the Shamrocks with five RBIs. Emily Knight also played a key role offensively with four hits. Emily also pitched 6.2 innings in picking up the win for Berrien Springs.

 

River Valley 7, New Buffalo 4 – Game 1
Madi Vollman allowed just one hit while striking out eight over six innings in picking up the win for the Mustangs. At the plate, Kyleigh LePinske had three hits and two RBIs.
River Valley 13, New Buffalo 0 – Game 2
Emma Springer allowed just one hit and struck out eight in five innings in picking up the win for the Mustangs. Ella Olson collected three RBIs in the win.

 

Mendon 5, Hartford 4 (8 Innings)
Hartford rallied to tie the game with three runs in the 7th inning only to have Mendon win it in the bottom of the 8th. Regan Sinclair fueled the Indians’ 7th inning rally with a bases loaded double, scoring all three base runners. Sinclair wound up going 2-3 at the plate in the loss.
