In a great defensive battle, the Bears and Wildcats combined for just seven shots on goal. St. Joe’s Cailynn Junk turned away all three shots she faced in goal.

 

Lake Michigan Catholic 1, Berrien Springs 0
Hattie Latham scored for the Lakers. Chloe Mills had ten saves in goal for Catholic, Sarah Milanowski added three saves. With the win, Catholic improves to 5-0 on the season.

 

Coloma 10, Schoolcraft 2
Cali Grenon scored five of Coloma’s ten goals. The Comets outshot Schoolcraft 29-2. With the win, the Comets improve to 7-0-1.

 

Saugatuck 2, Watervliet 1
Emma Armstrong scored the Panthers lone goal. Trinity Crain, Susanna VanLente, Aria Richards, and Alyssa Lange had solid efforts defensively for Watervliet.

 

Bridgman 6, Brandywine 1
Savanna Tate scored twice for the Bees. Lily Badger and Emily Dinges each added a goal and an assist.

The Titans scored 15 runs in the first two innings. Abi Koch picked up the win in the circle and added two singles and a double at the plate.
Michigan Lutheran 20, Benton Harbor 0 – Game 2
Lexi Tobias allowed just one hit in picking up the win for Lutheran. The Titans opened the game with a 12 run 1st inning.

Loy Norrix 2, South Haven 0
Anthony White went 2-3 at the plate in the loss for the Rams. Caleb Gonzales picked up the win on the mound for the Knights.

TRACK
Hartford fell to Mendon and Marcellus, but senior Riley Traver had a memorable night for the Indians. Riley won the 100 meter dash with a time of 10.91 breaking Hartford’s school record that was set in 1966.
