Former Benton Harbor Tiger and Detroit Lion Joique Bell has been picked up by the Chicago Bears.
Earlier in the day, the Bears announced that running back Jeremy Langford could miss four to six weeks with an ankle sprain. Aside from Langford, Ka’Deem Carey is bothered with a hamstring problem.
Bell played the past four seasons with the Detroit Lions. With the Lions, he rushed for 2,235 yards and 22 touchdowns. Last year in Detroit, he rushed for 311 yards and four touchdowns on 90 carries. He also caught 22 passes for 286 yards.
