Lakeshore Names New Girls’ Basketball Coach

Lakeshore High School has named Michael Clark as its new Girls Basketball head coach.

Originally from New Castle, Indiana, Clark is a 2004 graduate of Anderson University. After graduating with a BA in Secondary Education, he moved to Indianapolis where he began coaching JV boys basketball at Cardinal Ritter HS. In his second year at CRHS, Clark took over the varsity girls basketball program where he would help the program achieve their first two Indiana Crossroads Conference titles in school history.

After spending seven seasons in charge of the Lady Raiders, Clark moved to Chicago where he would continue coaching girls basketball at Saint Benedict Prep. In 2015, he moved to Michigan to be closer to family and joined the Lakeshore community as a counselor at Lakeshore Middle School. This past season Clark was a varsity boys basketball assistant coach for the Lancers and helped lead them to District/Regional championships and a State Runner-up finish.
