Carley Dubbert of Lakeshore High School Soccer is Berrien County’s Student Athlete of the Week for the week of May 10, 2015. Carley scored a goal in the Lancers’ 3-1 win over Mattawan. She then turned in a goal and an assist in an 8-0 win over Battle Creek Central. She finished the week with a goal and an assist in a 2-0 win over Paw Paw.
Carley has also been a member of the Lakeshore Basketball team, National Honor Society, Student Council, and Young Life. In the classroom, she’s graduating with a 4.36 grade point average.
Other finalists for the week were Nick Knowlton of Bridgman Golf, Andrew Duckett of Brandywine Track, Skyler Arthur of St. Joe Track, and Kelsey Smith of Grace Christian Softball.
